14、网络游戏成瘾青少年大脑与认知

 借助Stroop任务和神经影像学技术,我们发现网瘾青少年在不一致条件下反应错误数更多,表明认知控制能力下降。同时,网瘾青少年大脑出现一系列结构和功能异常,例如纹状体体积增加(Chenxi Cai, Kai Yuan et al., Brain Imaging and Behavior 2015),凸显网络内部结构连接各向异性降低(Lihong Xing, Kai Yuan et al., Brain Research 2014),大脑默认网络、中央执行网络、凸显网络内部功能和结构连接,以及上述三网络之间的功能和结构连接出现异常(Kai Yuan, et al., Brain Structure and Function 2015),相关分析揭示上述大脑异常与网瘾青少年Stroop任务行为学表现呈现显著相关关系。我们的研究发现为网瘾青少年认知控制缺陷提供了有力的影像学证据。

With the help of Stroop task and neuroimaging technology, we detected more response errors during incongruent condition in the Stroop task in Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD), which confirmed the cognitive control deficits in IGD adolescents. Meanwhile, we found brain structural and functional differences between healthy controls and IGD, such as the increased striatum volume (Chenxi Cai, Kai Yuan et al., Brain Imaging and Behavior 2015), reduced structural connectivity integrity within salience network (Lihong Xing, Kai Yuan et al., Brain Research 2014), the abnormal functional and structural connectivity within default mode network, central executive network and salience networks, including the configuration among these networks (Kai Yuan, Wei Qin, et al., Brain Structure and Function 2015). The further analysis revealed the significant correlations between these neuroimaging findings and Stroop task performances, which provided scientific evidence for the neural mechanism of cognitive control deficits in IGD adolescents.
