分子影像探针与靶向药物方向介绍

       肿瘤是目前威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一,全球每年有将近1300万的癌症患者及760万的死亡病例。如何准确有效地实现对肿瘤的早期诊断和边界精确化,并有效地对其进行个性化治疗,同时又能够使诊断和治疗副作用降到最低,是人们希望的医学诊断治疗方法,也就是精准诊疗。精准诊疗必须采用高灵敏度的分子影像探针和成像技术来实现对某特定疾病的快速精准诊断,采用药物的靶向运输和可控释放使药物能够直达病灶并对正常器官不产生影响。而诊断与治疗功能一体化的新型分子诊疗剂是实现精准诊疗这一目标最有效的解决途径之一。我们围绕肿瘤精确成像诊断、精准治疗、和预后评估的重大需求,以发展高灵敏度、高特异性、高分辨率的多模态分子影像探针、靶向药物和新型纳米疗法等关键技术为主要目的,研究解决肿瘤细胞的多模态分子影像精准识别和肿瘤精准靶向给药与分子影像评估两个方面的关键问题。研究组在精准诊疗方面已经取得了系列重要研究成果,并在PNAS,Angew Chem等国际顶级期刊上发表多篇文章。

Cancer is considered to be among the leading causes of death nationally and worldwide for human health. More than 13 million people are diagnosed with cancer per year and more than 7.6 million people die of cancer. Precision medicine is an emerging approach for disease diagnostics and treatment, pursing research advantages that will enable assessment of tumor with early detection and accurate determination of tumor margins, and reducing the side effect in the diagnostic and therapeutic process. This approach need high sensitive molecular imaging probes and imaging technology for quick diagnosis of specific disease area, and targeted drug delivery and controlled release process to this area without the effect on normal organs. Novel theranostic agents are one of the most efficient solutions for precision medicine. We will focus on important requirements for accurate imaging diagnosis, precise treatment, and prognostic evaluation of tumors, aim at developing multimodal molecular imaging with high sensitivity, selectivity and resolution, targeted drug delivery, and new nanotherapeutic approach.
